4. Electric degreasing.
Electrolytic degreasing is a process in which parts are used as anodes or cathodes in alkaline solutions, and stainless steel plates, nickel plates, nickel-plated steel plates, or titanium plates are used as the second electrodes to remove oil on the surface of the components under the action of direct current. The electric degreasing tank for electrophoresis needs a heating device, which needs to be heated to 40-70 ° C. The voltage / current is adjusted according to the material and size of the workpiece and the amount of oil on the workpiece.
5. Ultrasonic degreasing.
The degreasing process that puts the oily adhered workpiece in the degreasing liquid and makes the degreasing process under the action of an ultrasonic field with a certain frequency is called ultrasonic degreasing. The ultrasonic degreasing tank for electrophoresis needs a heating device, which needs to be heated to 40-70 ° C. The frequency of the ultrasonic wave is determined according to the number, size and material of each hanging product (the specific power of the 0.5 ton tank is about 1200w).
6. Other physical and chemical methods.
Such as acid neutralization, used to remove rust, remove oxide film / plating film. Acid neutralization is generally performed at room temperature, and the inlet pipe is pure water. Add hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid or nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid into the neutralization tank according to the workpiece material and process requirements.
